Our company is seeking to hire a skilled software developer to help with the development of our current projects. Your duties will primarily revolve around building software by writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. You will also be involved in directing system testing and validation procedures, and also working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, implement, and maintain HR software solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Own your work from conception and design to implementation and rollout.
- Dive deep into our platform to spot opportunities for improvement.
- We hire for computer science fundamentals, and teach you the rest. Previous experience with Human Resource is not required.
- Experience with C# & ASP.NET, Swift, and Kotlin.
- Effective Communication skills both written and verbal (English).
- Accountable, Self-Driven and Motivated.
- Good Time and Task Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Experienced with other Software Solutions (HR, Accounting or ERP Solutions) is advantageous.
