WE ARE CURRENTLY seeking promising individuals to strengthen our team as HR Application Consultant to work together with colleagues to undertake end-to-end HR software solution projects, built around AgathaeHR; defining requirements, customization, installation and configuration, data migration, integration to other software, training and post-implementation support.
RESPONSIBILITIESAS A HR Application Consultant you will be involved in the successful delivery and support of HR software solution projects for our valued customers that empowers HR operations and meets their HR business strategies and requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Understand and Document the User Requirements.
- Setup and Configure the HR Software Solution.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and User Training.
- Provide User Support.
- Manage and Communicate Timelines and Deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS- Effective Communication skills both written and verbal (English & BM).
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Human Resource is advantageous. Graduates in other disciplines will also be considered.
- Accountable, Self-Driven and Motivated.
- Able to both Lead and Be Lead.
- Good Time and Task Management.
- Experienced in implementing other Software Solutions (HR, Accounting or ERP Solutions) is advantageous.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
