This module starts with training budget planning using a two-dimensional Development Needs Analysis (DNA). It then allows online scheduling of training course, nomination and selection of training candidates, and evaluation of trainees, trainers and courses. Through the DNA, training is driven by organizational objectives and not on a felt needs-basis. Linking a course with relevant competencies ensures a proper and effective selection of training candidate.
