GetHCM is component-based which allows it to be customized to specific requirements of a customer. In most situations, GetHCM offers a work-in-progress that needs to be customized in order to fulfill the requirements of a customer.

GetHR-ESS is a suite of productivity software that complements the traditional HRIS for managing employee, payroll, leave, claims, training and etc. Essentially, the software handles this by pushing the processes out to the end-users, i.e. staff of the organization.
